Can I skip a question in a pack?

Yes! If you’re unsure or uncomfortable with a question, you can select options like "I'd rather not say" or "I don't know." However, some questions help determine eligibility for offers, so skipping them may limit your access to certain opportunities.

Can I change my answer to a question?

What happens if I don't share my feedback after testing?

Unfortunately, failure to share your feedback will result in a ban from our system, and you won't have the opportunity to test different samples. 🚫

Delivery

How long does it take to receive my samples when I claimed an offer?

Your samples are on the way! 🚚 Shipping can take 2-4 weeks, so hang tight. We’ll keep you updated on your delivery—thanks for your patience! 😊

What do I do if I haven’t received my free sample?

If it’s been 2-4 weeks and you haven’t received your sample, don’t worry! Here’s what you can do:
Visit Peekage and log in.
Go to your Profile.
Head to Contact Us.
Select Submit a Query and choose “Delivery Issue.”
Our team will look into it and ensure everything gets sorted out. Thanks for your patience! 😊

What can I do if my sample is broken or empty?

We’re sorry about that! Here’s how we can fix it:
Visit Peekage and log in.
Go to your Profile.
Head to Contact Us.
Select Submit a Ticket and choose "Delivery Issue" to let us know what happened.
We’ll try to get a replacement sorted for you as soon as possible if possible. Thanks for your patience! 😊

Can I change my delivery address?

Once you’ve claimed an offer, your delivery address can’t be changed for that specific sample. However, you can update your address for future orders!
Here’s how:
Claim a New Offer – Before claiming a new sample, you can update your address.
Visit the Offer Claim Page – Go to the page for the new sample you want to claim.
Edit Your Address – Click “Edit” next to your address.
Enter the New Address – Update it for future deliveries.

What if my address is incomplete or incorrect?

Unfortunately, if your address is incomplete or incorrect, you will not receive your claimed samples. That's why we recommend checking your address twice before submitting your mailing address. 📬🚫

Can you resend the samples I have not received?

Unfortunately, due to high demand and limited supplies, we are not able to resend the samples that you have not received. 📦🚫

Can I change or cancel an order on Peekage?

Once you have claimed an offer on Peekage, you are not able to change or cancel the order. Please ensure that you review and confirm your selections before claiming an offer to avoid any inconvenience. What is the Unit Number in the address section?

The unit number identifies the apartment number in your mailing address. If your address does not have a unit or apartment number, please leave the unit number field empty. 🏢🔢

How many accounts can I have on Peekage?

You can only have one account on Peekage. Having more than one account is against our policy, and Peekage will ban users found with multiple accounts. 🚫

Cashback Offers

How does Peekage Cashback Work?

1 - Claim the Offer: Browse and choose the cashback offer you’re interested in.
2 -Check the Expiry Date: Note the expiry date to ensure timely submission.
3 - Review Eligible Stores and Products: Verify that your purchase matches the specified stores and products in the offer details.
4 - Submit Your Receipt: After making an eligible purchase, upload your receipt through your Peekage account on the web.
- Go to Peekage Web
- Navigate to the Claims tab
- Select the cashback offer you want to submit a receipt for
- Click Upload Receipts and submit the receipt file (JPG, PNG, or PDF)
5 - Wait for Approval: We’ll review your receipt to ensure it meets the requirements. You’ll be notified by email once your receipt is approved.
6 - Redeem Your Cashback: After approval, open the claimed offer in your account, and you’ll see a "Redeem $" button. Tap or click on it to get your cashback.
Important Notes:
-Always check that emails regarding cashback come from rewards@reward.tremendous.com.
- Peekage or our partners will never ask for your bank account details—any request for such information is fraudulent.
- Fraudulent users with fake or repeated receipts will be banned from the platform.

What stores can I get cashback from?

You can get cash back from the list of stores mentioned in the offer description. Peekage works with many retailers and brands, and any retailer mentioned in an offer's description has a guaranteed cashback reward.

How to submit a receipt for cashback

Please take a clear and in-focus image of your receipt. You will receive an email with instructions on how to upload the receipt. Once your receipt is approved, you will receive your cashback within 48 hours.

How old can my receipt be to be approved for Cashback, and how long does it take to receive my cashback after submitting a receipt?

You can upload receipts as long as the offer in question is still active and you have not missed any steps. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse you for purchases made before or after an offer is active on Peekage. Once your receipt is approved, you can expect to receive your cashback within 72 hours. We strive to process reimbursements as quickly as possible to ensure a seamless experience for our users.

Is there a limit to the number of cashback offers I can claim for the same purchase, and is there a restriction on the number of receipts I can submit for cashback?

Each offer is valid for a single purchase only. However, you are welcome to take advantage of multiple cashback offers by making separate purchases for each eligible offer. There is no limit to the number of receipts you can submit for cashback, as long as each receipt corresponds to a separate qualifying purchase. Feel free to take advantage of our offers as often as you like!

What should I do if my receipt is rejected for cashback?

If your receipt is rejected, we will provide you with a reason for the rejection. Common reasons include unclear or incomplete images, purchases made outside the offer period, or failure to meet other offer requirements. You can resubmit your receipt after addressing the issues mentioned.

Are there any restrictions on the products eligible for cashback?

Each cashback offer specifies the eligible products or categories for reimbursement. Please ensure that the product you purchase matches the offer description to qualify for cashback.

How do I know if my receipt has been approved for cashback?

Once your receipt has been reviewed and approved, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you of the approval. You can then expect to receive your cashback within the specified timeframe.

What if I encounter technical difficulties while redeeming my cashback?

If you experience any technical issues while redeeming your cashback, please reach out to our support team at support@peekage.com for assistance. We're here to help ensure a smooth redemption process for all our users.

I haven't received my reward or the redemption link. What should I do?

If you haven't received the reward email or the redemption link, there could be various reasons for this. It's possible that the email was redirected to your spam folder, filtered by your email server, or accidentally deleted.

What if I can't find my sample in-store or if the product is out of stock?

If you can't find the product in a store or it's out of stock, don't worry! Your offer stays valid until the Offer Expiry Date. If you couldn't buy the product before then, you won't need to leave a review. Just let the offer expire if you couldn't make the purchase.

What do I do if I’ve lost or damaged my receipt?

If you've lost or damaged your receipt to the point where it's no longer readable, we regret to inform you that we can't provide cashback for that purchase. It's essential to keep your receipts in a safe and dry place until you're ready to submit them to us. Remember, keeping your receipts safe ensures a smooth cashback process!

What are the cases in which I won't be reimbursed?

1. Uploading receipt out of the mentioned timeframe: Receipts must be uploaded within the specified timeframe mentioned in the offer details. Any receipts submitted after this timeframe will not be reimbursed.
2. Uploading wrong receipt: Only receipts corresponding to the specified product and store mentioned in the offer will be eligible for reimbursement. Uploading receipts for different products or stores will not be reimbursed.
3. Uploading low-quality receipts or ones that cannot be read: Receipts must be clear and legible, showing all necessary details such as the date, time, store name, product name, and price. Low-quality or unreadable receipts will not be reimbursed.
4. Receipt is lost or damaged and can't be approved: If the receipt is lost, damaged beyond recognition, or cannot be approved due to missing or illegible information, reimbursement will not be possible.
5. Receipts not for the mentioned stores: Only receipts from the stores specified in the offer details will be eligible for reimbursement. Receipts from other stores will not be reimbursed.
6. Receipts for products other than the mentioned product in the offer: Reimbursement is only applicable for the specific product mentioned in the offer. Receipts for other products will not be reimbursed.
Additionally, please note that Peekage will only reimburse for 1 quantity of the product. If you have purchased multiple quantities of the mentioned product, reimbursement will be provided for only 1 of them.

Is sales tax included in my cashback?

No, any sales tax will not be included in the cashback you receive after validating your receipt. The cashback you receive will reflect the price of the product before tax, as shown on your receipt.

How do I get my cashback?

After your receipt is approved, you will receive an email from our 3rd-party partner which includes a link to redeem your cashback.
You can also follow these steps:
1 - Go to the Claims tab
2 - Select the offer in question
3 - Tap or click on "Redeem $" button

What should my receipt picture include?

When photographing your receipt, ensure it meets the following criteria for clarity and completeness:
1. Adequate lighting: Take the picture in well-lit conditions to avoid dark or shadowy images.
2. Essential details: Ensure that the picture clearly shows the date, time, store name, product name, and price.
3. Full coverage: If your receipt is lengthy, capture it in multiple images to include all necessary information without cropping.
Adhering to these guidelines will facilitate the validation process for your cashback submission.
