You have the option to try all sorts of consumer products for free on the Peekage app. This is an opportunity for you to share your voice and provide valuable feedback for brands, letting them know what you really think about their products. Once we get to know you a bit better by having you answer a few questions about yourself, we'll start sending you personalized offers based on the products you like.
How does Peekage work?
Download the app from either Apple or Playstore. Once you sign up and tell us a bit about yourself by answering a few simple questions, we'll start unlocking packs for you to answer everyday. Once you start earning coins from answering these packs, you can access personalized sample offers and vouchers based on the products that you like. The more packs you answer, the more coins you'll earn. You'll also start unlocking more fantastic gift cards, sample offers, and products!
How can I earn coins?
You'll earn rewards every time you answer questions, refer your friends, or collect your badges. Rewards come in the form of in-app coins which allow you to claim a range of sample offers, products, or free gift cards. Not only that, we also reward you for providing valuable feedback after testing a product.
How can I refer my friends to Peekage?
Earning coins on the Peekage app is easy. You can gain 1500 coins just by referring your friends. Simply go to the Peekage app and tap the "YOU" icon in the bottom left corner. Then tap "Earn Free Coins". Share your referral link and earn 1500 coins for every new user who joins peekage and completes their first 3 packs.
How can I submit a query about an issue?
After opening the Peekage app, choose the "YOU" icon in the bottom right corner. Then, in the top right corner of the screen, you'll see a cog that represents the settings tool. After selecting the settings button, tap on the option labeled "feedback". There you can send a message to our team to report an issue, query about deliveries, or contact us about any account issues. We'll get back to you in no time.
I have feedback about the app, where can I submit a review?
We always appreciate you sharing your thoughts and feedback with us. After opening the Peekage app, choose the "YOU" icon in the bottom right corner. Then, in the top right corner of the screen, you'll see a cog that represents the settings tool. After selecting the settings button, tap on the option labeled "feedback". You can send a message to our team with comments, ideas, and feedback about using our app and your experience with Peekage. We would love to receive your feedback and improve our services for the better.
How can I access my gift cards?
To view your claimed gift cards, first head to your profile page by selecting the "YOU" button in the bottom right corner of your screen. Then select the icon in the top left corner (which looks like a gift card) to view the personalized coupons that you've collected.
How can I access my voucher cards?
To view all the fantastic rewarded vouchers you've earned, first head to your profile page by selecting "YOU" in the left corner of the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen. Then select the icon in the top left corner (that looks like a gift card) to view all your vouchers.
What are streaks?
Building streaks can help you earn even more coins. For example, if you answer a pack within 24 hours after a pack has been released, you’ll have a 1x streak. Your streaks will stack up if you continue to answer your packs within the 24 hours of deadline, after each one is released. So if you complete 22 packs in a row within the deadline, you will have a 22x streak. However, keep in mind that, if you miss just one pack in your timeline of packs, your streaks will fall back to 0x. Building up your streaks is great for earning more rewards. Streaks multiply your coin earnings per pack. For example, when you reach a 1.5x streak, you will get 50% more on all coin earnings after that. Think of it as a race to complete within a certain time to earn rewards!
How do I keep my streak?

What are badges?
Badges are a great way to earn rewards! Badges ask you to complete certain missions in order to earn more coins. To find these badges, simply open the Peekage app, tap on "YOU” in the right bottom corner and all your badges will be displayed on your profile page.
I tap on an answer when completing a question pack, but it doesn't work. What should I do?
Keep your finger on your answer for 3 seconds until the circle forming around the button is complete.
What are offers?
"Offers are the various gift cards or free product samples that you can claim using the coins you've earned after completing your packs. You can find these by selecting the "OFFERS" button on the navigation bar at the bottom of your screen when you open the app."
What are locked offers?
Locked offers are the next available gift cards or free product samples that you can claim using the coins you've earned after you have completed more packs. You can find these by selecting the "OFFERS" button on the navigation bar at the bottom of your screen when you open the app.
What are Packs?
Packs are the daily questions that you answer to gain Peekage coins. These questions help us get to know you better so that we can send you more personalized offers for the products you’ll like best.
How many coins do I get by completing Packs?
Every pack rewards you with a different amount of coins. Generally, on the cover of the packs, you can see how many coins you can earn per pack. Try to complete your packs as soon as possible to build streaks and earn more coins. As you answer more packs, you'll also start to earn more coins per pack.
Why am I not getting any packs?
You will regularly receive updated packs. However, if our algorithms detect that you are not answering the question with honesty, it may decrease your chances of getting future packs.
How do I get more packs?
We will periodically send you packs. However, claiming more campaigns, referring more friends, and answering packs carefully and honestly increases your chances of getting more packs.
Can I skip a question in a pack?
Your comfort and privacy are super important to us. That is why we always leave an option in the answer section for you to choose not to answer when it comes to more sensitive questions (e.g. “I’d rather not say” or "I don’t know”…).
Can I change my answer to a question?
Before submitting your answer and moving to the next question, you can change your choice. Unfortunately, it is not possible to change your choice afterward. So, please read the questions carefully and choose the answer that is best suited to you.
How long does it take to receive my samples when I claimed an offer ?
We aim to always get your deliveries to you as soon as possible. However, it may sometimes take up to 3 weeks for samples to be delivered.
What do I do if I haven’t received my free sample?
It may take up to 3 weeks for samples to be delivered. If you don't receive your samples after 3 weeks, please do not hesitate to submit a query on the app. One of our friendly members of the Peekage support team will be in contact with you shortly. Simply open the Peekage app, tap on "YOU” in the right bottom corner and then select the settings tool (that's the icon that looks like a cog) at the top of the page. Select "Feedback" and then choose "Delivery Issue". We will get back to you as quickly as possible.
What can I do if my sample is broken or empty?
It is very rare for a sample to arrive in a condition that is less than pristine. If this does happen, we express our deepest apologies. Please let us know about any product issues by submitting a ticket on the app and we will get in touch with you shortly to arrange a replacement. Open the Peekage app, tap on "You” in the right bottom corner and then select the settings tool (that's the icon that looks like a cog) at the top of the page. Select "Feedback" and then choose "Report an issue". Let us know what was wrong with your product in the message section.

Currently, you can only connect your Facebook and Google accounts, but we are working on adding more popular platforms like Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, and Youtube. How can I delete my account?

How can I reset my password?
You will be asked to enter your mobile number when you open the Peekage app. When you are asked to enter your password, select "Forgot Password" on the left bottom corner of the page. Then click "Submit" again and choose a new password.
How can I change my phone number?
Unfortunately, you can't change your phone number in the app. If you changed your phone number and no longer have access to your old number, please send us a query ticket on the app and we will be happy to help you. Simply open the Peekage app, tap on "YOU” in the right bottom corner, and then select the settings tool (that's the icon that looks like a cog) in the top right corner. Select "Feedback" and then choose the option "Account Issue" to send the ticket.
How can I change my email address?

How can I change my profile picture?
It's easy! Just open your Peekage app. Tap "YOU" at the bottom right corner of the screen. Choose the option to "Edit Profile" and select your preferred picture. You'll even earn a badge for uploading your first profile picture.
